Govt To Collect Biometric Details Of Rohingya Refugees Living In Every State

The Centre has asked all states to take biometric details of Rohingyas and other illegal immigrants as a part of country-wide security exercise, Home Ministry officials said.

Recently, the Southern Railways has asked RPF to Rohingyas travelling to Kerala from north-eastern states to nab them and hand them over to police. The advisory has been issued on the basis of intelligence input.
