Now The Govt Wants To Control Your Room Temperature With ACs’ Default Setting At 24°C

Just when you thought that at least you can control your room temperature after buying an air conditioner, here’s a heartbreaking news. The government may soon be sold with a default setting of 24 degrees Celsius and will allow temperature setting between 24 and 26 degrees Celsius only as part of a campaign to promote greater efficiency in electricity consumption for cooling.

According to reports, the power ministry intends to issue an advisory to all commercial and public establishments to keep thetemperatureset at 24 degrees.
