NJPW Reveals G1 Climax 29 Schedule

New Japan Pro Wrestling (NJPW) would recently announce the full schedule for their biggest tournament of the year known as G1 Climax 29. For the first time ever, the tournament will be taking place outside of Japan as it will be kicking off at The American Airlines Center in Dallas, Texas on July 6th.
The winner of the tournament would receive an opportunity at The IWGP Heavyweight Title in the main event of next January’s Wrestle Kingdom. Last year, “The Ace Of NJPW” Hiroshi Tanahashi would emerge as the tournament winner and he would challenge then-IWGP Heavyweight Champion Kenny Omega at Wrestle Kingdom 13. This year’s participants have not yet been revealed.

– July 6th: American Airlines Center in Dallas TX
– July 13th: Ota City General Gymnasium in Tokyo
– July 14th: Ota City General Gymnasium in Tokyo
– July 15th: Hokkai Kitayell in Hokkaido
– July 18th: Korakuen Hall in Tokyo
– July 19th: Korakuen Hall in Tokyo
– July 20th: Korakuen Hall in Tokyo
– July 24th: Hiroshima Sun Plaza Hall in Hiroshima
– July 27th: Aichi Prefectural Gymnasium in Aichi
– July 28th: Aichi Prefectural Gymnasium in Aichi
– July 30th: Takamatsu City General Gymnasium in Kagawa
– August 1st: Fukuoka Citizen Gymnasium in Fukuoka
– August 3rd: Osaka Prefectural Gymnasium in Osaka
– August 4th: Osaka Prefectural Gymnasium in Osaka
– August 7th: Hamamatsu Arena in Shizuoka
– August 8th: Yokohama Cultural Gymnasium in Kanagawa
– August 10th: Nippon Budokan in Tokyo
– August 11th: Nippon Budokan in Tokyo
