Updates on Rey Mysterio & Jeff Hardy, Banks vs. Bayley Coming

It was reported yesterday by Sports Illustrated that none other than Rey Mysterio was backstage at las night’s Smackdown show in Los Angeles, California. Mysterio was supposedly at the Staples Center to finalize a deal which will see him return to the company and then go on to face John Cena at WrestleMania this year. PWInsider has provided an update on the situation with Mysterio stating that he is indeed having talks with Triple H about coming back to the company, and the match against John Cena is a definite possibility for WrestleMania. Unfortunately, the report mentions that Mysterio was not backstage at Smackdown last night as he was not even in Los Angeles.
 One of the most memorable moments from last yea’s WrestleMania show was the sudden return of Matt and Jeff Hardy. While it looks like Matt Hardy could be continuing his feud with Bray Wyatt as far as WrestleMania, his brother’s status for the show has been in doubt for a while now due to a torn rotator cuff that he ended up receiving last year. Jeff Hardy has been out of action for months now, but Hardy is now set to return to WWE soon, according to the Wrestling Observer Radio. It was revealed during the show that Hardy is currently training once again for his comeback to the ring,. It is now believed that the former WWE Champion will be ready to come back by WrestleMania this April. 
Sasha Banks and Bayley have been best friends onscreen and behind the scenes in WWE for years now, but a possible feud between the two always seemed like a possibility. The two have been having some issues lately on television, and according to the Wrestling Observer Radio program, that is because a match between the two Raw stars is now expected to take place at WrestleMania. The company has reportedly wanted to have the two face off for months now, but the program was always shelved. Now that the two have been experiencing some differences, it looks like another match will finally be taking place very soon. If their match is anything like their matches from the NXT Takeover shows in 2015, fans definitely have a reason to be excited for this one.
