Is The Undertaker Coming Back In A WWE Ring Soon?

The WWE Universe should know better than to think any Superstar is fully retired by now, and those of you who wrote an epitaph on the Undertaker’s tombstone after WrestleMania 33 may want to think twice.
Rumors are swirling that we may just be weeks away from seeing the Deadman rise from his retirement grave and appear in some more WWE in-ring action for some big shows coming up on the calendar.
So, what’s changed? Well, Taker was backstage at Survivor Series and he sat in the gorilla position with Jerry Lawler and Kane and people that saw him said that he looked great and was moving much better, likely because he is feeling much better after getting hip surgery.

He is also in great shape, which some are taking as a sign that he is training for another match. Taker is scheduled to appear on the Raw 25th anniversary show on January 22nd. One WWE source was a little more direct and told WrestlingNews.Co, “Taker is not going to appear on that show just to wave and say hello. I’ll leave it at that.”
That show is the go-home show for the Royal Rumble. Technically, the anniversary of Raw is January 11 so they could have done the anniversary show on 1/1, 1/8, or 1/15 but for some reason, they decided to hold it off until the week before the Rumble.
If you’ve been paying close attention, the only member of the WWE allowed to call the Undertaker retired is Roman Reigns. There is a talk of a directive issued to announcers like Michael Cole to not refer to Taker as retired.
