— In what could be taken as a sign that the company is looking to expand the writing team in anticipation of the upcoming brand split, WWE is once again looking to hire new writers for their weekly shows.
— They are looking for people to write for both Raw/Smackdown and the WWE network, while using social media and consumer insight “to deliver impactful storylines that are consistent with the WWE brand and each talent’s skills and history”.
— Requirements are five or more years of TV/Film writing and production experience as well as a BA/BS in Film, TV, Drama, Media Studies, Communications or similar field of study or industry experience in lieu of degree.
