Thomas Tuchel not critical of fans for booing Neymar: “Our fans love the club.”
Speaking to BeIN Sports following his side’s last gasp 1-0 victory over Strasbourg, PSG manager Thomas Tuchel discussed the fans’ hostile treatment of the returning Neymar.
“Honestly, I did not know what to expect. For me, I do not want to judge if it was too much or too harsh, because they are our fans, it was not easy for them either during this transfer window with Ney and things between him and PSG. Our fans love the club and that’s why it was not easy for them. In life we have to accept that if we are dealing with a difficult situation people can react this way. It is like that. I am not sure if it is finished now or if it will continue. We will have to adapt.”
