Inter Milan scout watched Bordeaux’s victory over Marseille on Friday for Florian Thauvin

Foot 365 report that Inter Milan had a scout present at the Matmut Atlantique on Friday night to watch Bordeaux beat Marseille 2-0.

The Serie A giants’ representative was there to cast an eye over Yann Karamoh, who is on loan with Les Girondins, but did not actually feature in the encounter.

Additionally, the report claims that the Milan club were present to watch French international winger Florian Thauvin, who is under contract with Marseille until 2021, but has recently made noises about seeking to leave if OM fail to qualify for Champions’ League football for the second consecutive campaign.

Thauvin, who has 13 goals and 7 assists in the league this season to his name so far, did not mince his words after his side’s 2-0 loss to Bordeaux:

“I am talking s**t, I’m tired… but we’ve been poor this season. It’s the same story every season. I’m fed up. For a top-3 finish, it’s over. And even if we get into the Champions’ League, what’s the point? What would we achieve? We’re rubbish.”
