Official | Philippe Montanier is the new RC Lens boss
Ligue 2 outfit and French football sleeping giant RC Lens have tonight confirmed the appointment of former Rennes & Real Sociedad tactician Philippe Montanier as their new manager.
Montanier will join the club on a 2-year-contract with the option to extend by a third.
The former Nottingham Forest boss had the following to say on his appointment:
“It is with great pride that I join the RC Lens institution. Coming back to this region, where I appreciate the people’s human qualities, was obviously an important element in my decision.”
