Meghan Markle Just Arrived at Windsor Castle and Already Looks Like a Bride
If you’re losing sleep thinking about Meghan Markle’s upcoming royal princess moment, here’s something to hold you over until Saturday’s wedding: new pics!
On Thursday, the bride-to-be took a break from dealing with her ridiculously complicated family drama to actually focus on us, her fans, and finally give us what we want. She stepped out for her dress rehearsal at Windsor Castle, making her first appearance amid the odd family dynamic that’s kept her and the Markle clan in the headlines.
While it’s a blurry shot, eagle-eyed photographers captured an image of Markle arriving with Prince Harry in the backseat of a Range Rover, where she looked joyous and not at all phased by the fact that her father will not walk her down the aisle. She wore a white blouse that’ll likely match the shade of her wedding dress, and styled her hair into a half-up, half-down situation. Enjoy:

In addition to Markle, we know that Prince William and Kate Middleton were also at Windsor Castle, along with Markle’s mom, Doria Ragland, BFFs Jessica Mulroney and Benita Litt, Princes Charles and Camilla, Duchess of Cornwall, and Queen Elizabeth, who invited them all for some tea—and we don’t mean the gossipy kind.
Markle and Harry were driven along The Long Walk, the exact route they’ll follow come wedding day, which is also the location that’s been tagged with odd, potentially sabotaging graffiti. In addition, the Armed Forces participated in a rehearsal for the procession they’ll lead on Saturday.

Despite her smile, Markle apparently isn’t super thrilled with her father. She released a statement via Kensington Palace on Thursday, announcing that Thomas Markle would “sadly” no longer attend the wedding.
“I have always cared for my father and hope he can be given the space he needs to focus on his health,” she said in the statement. “I would love to thank everyone who has offered generous messages of support. Please know how much Harry and I look forward to sharing our special day with you on Saturday.”
Sorry, Meghan! As long as Prince George and Princess Charlotte are there to look cute, we’re good.
