Having managed TFC for 7 years from 2008 to 2015, Casanova joins after a failed spell at RC Lens.
Despite discussions with Christophe Pélissier (Amiens) and Frédéric Hantz (free agent), TFC have decided to choose a character who knows the club intimately instead.
