Chris Jericho Rumored To Return At Last Night's Tapings; Full Details

Newsday.com wrote an article yesterday claiming that Chris Jericho was rumored to return at last night’s SmackDown tapings in Long Island, New York. Here is an excerpt from the article:

Tonight promises to be a homecoming on two different fronts for Jericho. Not only will he be signing copies of his recently published memoirs, “A Lion’s Tale: Around the World in Spandex” at the Carle Place Barnes & Noble at 5 p.m., but he is rumored to be making his return to the ring after a two-year hiatus at the Nassau Coliseum for a taping of WWE’s “Smackdown!” program.

Obviously Jericho did not return to WWE at last night’s tapings and it is assumed that he will be on RAW when he does return to WWE. One of the reasons why WWE has held off on Jericho’s return is due to Internet leaks as many people in the company were said to be furious when word of Jericho returning leaked out. With that being said, Jericho’s return is imminent and could happen anytime in the near future.
