Ilja Dragunov, Jurn Simmons & More Attend WWE Tryout

WWE is holding tryouts in Cologne, Germany during their European tour. Among those listed are Ilja Dragunov & Jurn Simmons of Westside Xtreme Wrestling. The wXw stars join French wrestler Camille Grignon, German football player Raffael Gordzielik, Dutch wrestler Emil Sitoci & others. According to WWE, more than 40 wrestlers attended the tryout.

Dragunov is a former wXw Unified World Wrestling Champion, recently making appearances in PROGRESS Wrestling, and the Pro Wrestling Guerrilla Battle Of Los Angeles, where he was eliminated by Shingo Takagi in the first round. Simmons is also a former wXw Unified World Wrestling Champion. Simmons has made appearances in the UK but has far less exposure in the North American scene.
