The Rock On ‘Skyscraper’s’ ‘Slow Start’
As noted, The Rock took to Twitter this morning and commented on the success of his new movie “Skyscraper” in China, and also noted that with the China opening the movie is now the #1 movie in the world. Despite the success of the movie overseas, it continues to underwhelm at the U.S. box office, as it saw a 56% decrease last week from the movie’s first week, and The Rock commented on the movie coming in lower than expected with the following Tweet:
Grateful for our #Skyscraper becoming the #1 movie in the world & opening big in China.
Slower start in the US as we came in $5m short (estimated $30m but we opened to $25m). Goes to show, you never point to the economic scoreboard til the game is over. https://t.co/sIxIE3HnlB

Former WCW announcer Michael Buffer Tweeted the following, praising Lilian Garcia as being the best ring announcer of all-time:
All great choices there..no doubt about it though with Lilian Garcia at the top and I bet everyone named will agree she’s the BEST EVER pro wrestling ring announcer (and she always blew the house up singing the National Anthem)! #LetsGetReadyToRumble ® https://t.co/ILRKO6tGmR
